A long ingredient list doesn't make a better supplement. What matters is what's in it, the form it's in, and how much you're actually getting.

Most multivitamins are under-dosed, packed with unnecessary fillers, or require handfuls of capsules each day. I formulated Your Kore Daily Basics with the nutrients we consistently see missing or suboptimal in clinical practice, in the right forms and at the right dosages.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Per serving, serving size 3 capsules

  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 5,000 IU
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate), 50 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), 50 mg
  • Vitamin B9 (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), 1,360 mcg DFE
  • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 2,000 mcg
  • Magnesium (glycinate), 400 mg
  • Zinc (bisglycinate chelate), 20 mg
  • Copper (citrate), 1 mg
  • Vitamin K2 (MK-7), 45 mcg
DAILY DOSE

3 capsules daily delivers a comprehensive blend without the overload of unnecessary ingredients or excessive pill burden.

Best taken as 2 capsules at night and 1 capsule in the morning, or all 3 capsules at night based on personal preference and tolerance.

WHAT TO KNOW

I recommend having your Vitamin D levels assessed by your healthcare provider, as individual needs vary and this dosage may not be sufficient to achieve or maintain optimal Vitamin D levels for everyone.

You may notice your urine turning bright/neon yellow after taking this supplement. This is a normal and harmless effect of B vitamins being processed and eliminated.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before making Daily Kore Basics part of your routine.

What's the best way to take Daily Kore Basics?

Take 2 capsules with dinner and 1 with breakfast, or all 3 at dinner, based on what fits your routine and how your body responds.

I do recommend always taking it with food, since zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea for some people.

How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains 180 capsules (a two-month supply).

Should I get my Vitamin D levels tested before starting?

Yes. Individual Vitamin D needs vary widely, and this formula's dose may not be enough to reach or maintain optimal levels for everyone.

Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

If pregnant or breastfeeding, always talk to your doctor before starting anything new.

Is this safe to take with medications or other supplements?

Daily Kore Basics contains copper and is not recommended for individuals with Wilson's disease.

Before starting anything new, always check with your doctor.

How is Daily Kore Basics different from a regular multivitamin?

Most multivitamins use cheap, synthetic forms of nutrients and under-dose the ones that matter most, so patients end up thinking the supplement just isn't working for them.

With Your Daily Kore Basics, ever nutrient is intentional, and in its active, most bioavailable form:

  • Magnesium as bisglycinate rather than oxide or citrate, so you get the calming, sleep-supportive effect over the laxative effect
  • B vitamins are methylated for better absorption
  • Copper is included to balance the zinc
  • K is included to support vitamin D absorption
  • Doses reflect what I actually use in clinical practice to address deficiencies and support your body's needs
Why is the Vitamin B12 amount so much higher than the Daily Value?

B12 is water-soluble, meaning your body uses what it needs and clears the rest, so it's safely tolerated at higher doses. Active B12 (methylcobalamin) also isn't absorbed as efficiently as synthetic forms, which is why practitioner-grade formulas dose it higher to begin with.
