Kore Natural Medicine - Refund & Return Policy

As ingestible dietary supplements, our products cannot be returned once your order has been placed, whether or not the item has been opened, except in the limited cases below.

a. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@korenaturalmedicine.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for that item.

b. Adverse Reactions If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact your healthcare provider. Please reach out to us at hello@korenaturalmedicine.com and let us know you had a reaction. With a doctor's note, we can issue a refund. We will work with you directly.

c. Subscriptions Subscription orders can be paused or canceled anytime before the next billing cycle by [logging into your account / emailing us] at least [3] days before your next ship date. Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for orders already shipped. The policy above applies to each shipment individually.
